YeeHaw!

Don't know if this happens to any of you folks out there, but around
here, every once in a while (years), a bunch of tools and/or appliances
give up the ghost. This time it was an ancient Craftsman/King-Seeley
scroll saw, a mid-60s Craftsman RAS, and a Craftsman/K-S bandsaw.

The scroll saw quit going up and down which is bad news for a scroll
saw. It required taking apart but the fix was straightforward. The RAS
needed new bearings for the motor which Sears still stocked. The
bandsaw was another matter. I whined about this some months ago when
the bracket holding the upper wheel broke and no parts were available.
A local guy tried to build a replacement for the part but failed. Then
the wRECk came through. Speedbuggy had the same problem and had some
extra parts and a reference to OWWM conversations on the situation. He
sold me his extras and I finally did some installations this morning.
It works. My Yeehaw! brought Maggy out to see if some thing had bit off
my foot. Thanks Speedbuggy.

Now to make more sawdust.

And as a reward for bearing with me this far...

A single guy decides life would be more fun if he had a pet. So he went
to the pet store and told the owner that he wanted to buy an
unusual pet.

After some discussion, he finally bought a centipede, (100-legged bug),
which came in a little white box to use for his house. He took the box
back home, found a good location for the box, and decided he would start
off by taking his new pet to church with him.

So he asked the centipede in the box, "Would you like to go to
church with me today, we will have a good time."

But there was no answer from his new pet. This bothered him a bit, but
he waited a few minutes and then asked him again, "How about going to
church with me and receive blessings."

But again, there was no answer from his new friend and pet. So he
waited a few minutes more, thinking about the situation. ! ;He decided
to ask him one more time; this time putting his face up against the
centipede's house and shouting, "Hey, in there! Would you like to go to
church with me and learn about The Lord!"

YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE THIS!

A little voice came out of the box:..

"I heard you the first time! I'm putting on my shoes."
