great job alex & Paxton KS

Alex:
I thought you handled yourself and the customer service issue very
well. I am a Indiana-Ohio Paxton customer and I have always recieved
quality service. I respect your professionalism and for your direct
approach of dealing with the problem. Everyone should have to work
retail at least once in their lives. :-)
I know how hard being a manager is and I admire the way you dealt
with this issue. It is hard operating a succesful store and you as a
manager wear so many hats. Please do not let the negative comments
get you down. The person that said you should be fired just does'nt
realize how diffult it is dealing with the public sometimes. You can
give 110% to your job and to your company, doing the best job and
giving the best customer-service in the world, and still not satisfy
every customer. Best regards,
Mike

"Amen!" on several counts. Thought Alex handled it properly and I've also
worked in public service*several* times in my life from cashier, to waiter,
to store manager.

That's what's tough for any manager - knowing when to make the call "it's
not worth trying to please this particular customer". And keeping your
cool...

I shop at the Denver Paxton and enjoy every visit.
