No I have not heard of message rules? I use google news to view this
at work and Outlook Express News reader at home. How do I block by
keyword?

I understand your frustration, and sympathize, but I have yet to find
any normal people in the real world that are that rigorous in
compartmentalizing their lives, so I am not surprised about the goings
on here.

In Outlook Express, go to MESSAGES and then to MAKE RULE FROM MESSAGE and
follow the instructions.
