Any one got any poop on Lee Valley

I'm in the market for a couple of new planes. I've read Robin Lee hint at
some up coming new plane releases and read something to that effect on their
website. Anyone know whats on the menu... I'm looking for a LN skew angle
block plane and a bullnose/chisel rabbet plane. Should I be a bit more
patient before I cough up the bucks

Have no idea, but Lee Valley/Veritas has a constant plane development program
going on, though the don't release until the product meets their standards.
You'll probably have to hope Robin gives you an answer.

Rob,

You bring an unprecedented level of charm and sophistication to what
is often a rather raucous group of folks. Thanks for your calm and
informative responses to all the inquiries (even the obnoxious ones)
posted herein.

Happy New Year!

Well -

I can guarantee that we won't be having a "LN skew angle block plane"... ;)

As for the bullnose/chisel rabbet plane - that would seem to be a logical
small plane, were one to be developing complements to a "medium" shoulder
plane..... ;)

Is that the rabbet "poop" you were after?

Cheers -

Rob Lee
