I used a blade with a lot of teeth (10 degree hook with TCG grind) for
cutting plexiglass and sintra. Also, like someone said in another
post, if you sandwich it with wood it helps. I used to do that with
quarter inch sintra. I also used a router on the edge for a better
finish.
