Greetings!
Some of you have already seen a similar post on WoodCentral... thanks for being
curious! In a week or so from 3/31 I'll be posting a series of tool auctions
on eBay (seller ID: Swanson841):
Bridge City Toolworks' EBONY AS-24, MG-1, TS-2, MS-2, SA-2, DG-1, CS-1 with
walnut box- Signature Series, all made before the switch to "juarrawood" more
than 12 years ago.. First version Lie-Nielsen Toolworks' Bronze planes, hand
signed with a Dremel engraver by Mr. Lie-Nielsen, with factory EBONY knob and
handle sets: #4, #1, #140 right-hand version, all cast at the plant in Maine.
All tools are mint and unused, and just cleaned by the original toolmaker at
least partly responsible for the tools' manufacture at the two plants, and
wholly responsible for the Ebony woodwork. Thanks again for looking!

That is truly a shame. An HD stanley should be mint an unused. A LN
should be well used.
