Bosch cordless driver battery pack

It's tired and needs to be replaced.
Unfortunattely those are as expensive as a new driver...
I'd like to open it and replace the cells with new ones.
It's a Bosch GSB 9.6 VES 2.
Has Anyone got experience doing that?
