Indeed, I found that as well. But I'm no expert in filtering with slrn, in
spite of the fact that I've been using it for many years. Guess I just never
really saw the need.
Have you tried adapting Doug's nfilter specification to slrn?
All I did is make a single entry in the slrn score file, which drops anything
with that particular IP address in the X-Trace header row. I have no idea if
what I've done is overkill. It does seem too simple.

Nope, although I may look after I've gotten a grip on slrn's scoring.
Not sure I want to follow all the suggestions, either.

I used the NNTP Posting Host header, and the entire domain name,
.*\.telecom\.net\.ar. That's more more drastic than your proposal,
but I don't imagine there to be too many posts out of it.
I have a couple others irrelevant to this outbreak. :)
