GLUE UP ADVICE NEEDED (see pix in a.b.p.w.)

I boughta "ringmaster" (see http://www.ringmastertool.com/ but if you
look at the pic you will notice that in trying to glue up my segments
it was not precise at all. Can anyone off er any suggestions on the
best way to glue up a segmented bowl so that the rings sit evenly and
equally around the circumference of the ring just below it? This tool
cuts rings out of one board that are 1/4 thick as opposed to hollowing
out a glued up stack of boards. Please respond to my email..........
