I am not getting any more postings on this newsgroup. Has it moved or do
I have some other problem?
It has moved, and we made certain that everyone was notified,
except you.

People think that professional soldiers think a lot about fighting, but
serious professional soldiers think a lot more about food and a warm
place to sleep, because these are two things that are generally hard to
get, whereas fighting tends to turn up all the time.

That ACTUALLY HAPPENED to a friend of mine in college. She got a phone call
one Thursday afternoon from her folks, that started off (the exact words!):
"If you were planning to come home for a visit this week-end, *DON'T*!
We've moved...."
That was the first indication she had that her folks were even considering
selling their house.
"The rest of the story" -- they had only moved a couple of miles, within
the same town, and they _did_ give her the new address, a little later
in that same phone call.
We all e-mailed each other, and arranged it so you can't read any of our
posts.
(But if you read this, I'm only kidding, it was some weird aberration with
your news server.)

Just like what happened to me in grade school, went one day, came home
that afternoon and the family had packed and moved, with no forwarding
address. Damn I hate when that happens...
So, why did you answer?
