I notice that the Dewalt DW309 reciprocating saw is listed both as 11.8 Amp
and 10 Amp on Ebay, depending on which auction item you are looking at.
Dewalt.com lists it at 11.8. Have they changed the saw, or the way power
is measured?

Yes DeWalt changed the saw last year IIRC. Smaller, not so darn humongous
any more and hopefully they have addressed the, "eject the blade while you
are sawing feature". ;~) to keep up with the Jones family the larger amp
rated saw is probably the latest one.
