Another suggestion, buy white and black plastic laminate and cut your own
squares.....

Big four (Nevamar, Formica, Pionite, WilsonArt) don't sell that
pattern that I'm aware of anyway. But check their web sites.

I ran into this a couple/few years ago. Was building a bar
for the Circus-Circus Casino in Tunica, Miss. (what a hell
hole). Anyways, I ended up having someone silk screen the
pattern for me.
Now, having said that, you might want to try one of the more
foo-foo brands like Abet Laminati. Also, Google yourself
over to Wilsonart and check out their program for taking
digitals and converting them to laminates.
