I see ads, but no product. Is this an alternative to poly glue or
another type?
Now you see why they have google.

I called Franklin the same day the ad appeared in Wood
magazine. The tech I spoke with assured me it is superior
to Titebond II but stopped short of claiming immersion
water proof qualities. This new glue is translucent, has
an open time of 8 minutes and will cure as low as 47degrees.
The product won't be on the shelves for at least 60 days.
It will be available any where the other Titebond glus can
be found (unlike Titebond II Extend which is hard to find
except from Rockler)
I'm waiting, too!

What I have seen in the ads suggests it is an improved TiteBond II and
NOT a polyurethane glue
