DoD Identifies Air Force Casualty
The Department of Defense announced today the death of a
Department of the Air Force civilian who was supporting Operation Iraqi
Freedom.
Daniel J. Kuhlmeier, 30, of Omaha, Neb., died Feb. 20 in
Baghdad, Iraq when the convoy he was traveling in was struck by an
improvised explosive device. He was assigned to Detachment 204, 2nd Field
Investigations Region, Offutt Air Force Base, Neb.
